The Art of Losing
Student Profile
This is a class of mixed-ability students who are passionate about Literature, and who have opted to take Literature as a full O Level subject.
While they are interested in the subject, this class lacks confidence in verbalising their opinions as well as analysing poems independently with minimal guidance. Hence, they may not be forthcoming when it comes to speaking up during class.

Secondary 4 Express / Pure Literature (25 students)
Assumed Prior Knowledge

Students should be able to identify and explain the effect of common literary forms and devices

Students should be able to write a essay consisting of an introduction, three body paragraphs as well as a conclusion
